KPW will strive to keep costs affordable by running thorium reactors, and a number of other solutions. By law, electricity and water must be affordable. Gas, and Natural gas is not required to be under price control. The company will make profits from its production resources and with a push to require new construction to produce some if not all of their electricity will also help. KPW will maintain and provide for the following:

• Natural gas and Fuels
• Sewage and Water
• Trash and Recycling

This gives KPW a wide scope of challenges, and resources to make all of these services available to the residents of the nation. With that said, this means a lot of infrastructure must be managed by KPW. This means that there will not be a high profit margin especially if the infrastructures are obsolete or have problems.
