All Black Water will leave the premise, and go to the treatment center. At which point, it will be cleaned, and redelivered to the water sources. This process will create 2 byproducts. The first is algae based ethanol. The second is fertilizer. The process of cleaning the water will create the algae fuel, and while energy intensive, it will serve a purpose by providing for both auto fuel, and airplane fuels. This will be sold at a profit to those that would use gas fuel vehicles. The physical waste will be treated, and converted into fertilizer. This could be sold to farmers to have a more natural way of producing the nation’s food supply. This natural fertilizer will also be better and cheaper than chemical fertilizers and treatments.
